Properties:      No  odor. Soluble in benzene, acetone, chloroform, CS2. Partly soluble in alcohol, diethyl ether, CCl4 , insoluble in water, gasoline and alkali with lower concentration. Meeting hot water becomes to dimethyl ammonium and CS2. Be sensitive to skin and stable storage.

Uses:  A fast-curing primary or secondary accelerator for NR,SBR, nitrile and EPDM. Closely resembles TMTD in its applications. Be less scorching and blooming, good processing safety. Be used in CR as an anti-scorching agent. The efficiency sulphur content is 11%.It is also used as raw material for germicide, pesticide and medicine.

Application:

This is a delayed accelerator, with good anti-scorching quality, as well as short vulcanizing duration, which would improve the tensile stress of vulcanization. Minor discoloration, no blooming, antioxidant quality of vulcanization is superior. When applied, adding zinc oxide and stearic acid are necessary to strengthen the effect of TMTD, TMTM, ZDMC, DPG or other alkaline accelerators that are used as second accelerator, as well as being activated by MBT and MBTS.

Properties:  Soluble in benzene, acetone, ethyl chloride, carbon disulfide, toluene and chloroform, a little soluble in alcohol and ethyl ether, insoluble in gasolind and water.

Applications:  A non-color degradation and non-staining supper accelerator for rubber, it is used in making cables, tyres, rubber hoses and belts, brilliant and transparents, rubber shoes and products of heat resistance, etc.. TMTM is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under FDA 21 CFR177.2600, 175.105 and under BgVV XXI, Categories 1-4 and”Sonderkategorie”.

TBzTD can lead to high processing safety and faster cure rate as an accelerator of natural rubber and synthetic rubber vulcanization. TBzTD satisfies requirements of“Technical Regulations for Dangerous Materials” TRGS 552 about toxicity of nitrosamines in Germany and not release carcinogenic nitrosamines during vulcanization. Addition of thiazoles or sulfenamides accelerators can slow the vulcanization, shorten scorching and vulcanization time and vulcanization without significant increases . It can be activated by alkaline accelerators such as aldehyde- amines and guanidines.

Properties: Yellow powder. The loosen density is approx 0.32-0.36g/cm3 . Soluble in chloroform, benzene, and carbon disulfide, slightly soluble in alcohol and gasoline, insoluble in water.

Uses: As a super accelerator used in natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber. Commonly, used with some other kinds of accelerators such as benzothiazole, sulfenamide.
