Properties: Flammable, low toxicity and bitter. Easily soluble in ethanol, ether, totally insoluble in water or carbon disulfide. Dissolve in alkaline solution, soluble in DMF, acetone, chloroform, benzene.

Uses : This product is a fast vulcanizing accelerator, for which zinc oxide is required. Vulcanized product is tough, tensile strength and bending fatigue resistance quality is good. Mainly used for natural rubber and CR products, also for curing bladder, curing bag, cable, shoes, tire, etc.

Application: ZDBC is used as primary or secondary accelerator for NR, SBR, IIR or EPDM; also used for natural rubbers or synthetic latex; as anti-oxidant for rubber-based adhesives.

Storage: The product should be stored in the dry and cooling place with good ventilation, avoiding exposure of the packaged product to direct sunlight. The validity is 2 years.
